Plans renew automatically each month (or year, if you choose yearly) until you cancel; every plan is month-to-month with no termination fee. Nothing is prorated: a plan, line or add-on is charged for its month when you add it. AI minutes are pooled across your account; a single receptionist call is capped at 15 minutes. Telecom taxes and regulatory fees are billed at cost and itemised. Prices inside mobile apps may differ where a store's own billing applies.
